The essence of Human Resource Development is education, which plays a significant and remedial role in balancing the socio-economic framework of the country.
An estimated 6.1 million children out of school in 2014 reduced from 13.46 million in 2006. Out of 100 students, 29 per cent of girls and boys drop out of school before completing the full cycle of elementary education, and often they are the most marginalised children.Half of primary school-going children – which constitutes nearly 50 million children – not achieving grade appropriate learning levels.Around 50 per cent of adolescents do not complete secondary education, while approximately 20 million children not attending pre-school.
Inspite of all these issues which we are facing in India, the educational system in India itself faces a lot of drawbacks like:
(i) A student is judged based on his academic performance only
(ii) Lack of sustainable education in school and colleges and there is a sizable gap between theoretical knowledge and practical knowledge
(iii) Logical and analytical thinking is not promoted among students instead they are made to just mug up their subjects without even understanding them
(iv) The schools especially the private schools are focusing in hiking the enrollment ratio rather than improving the quality of education
So in League of strategists, we a group of expert thinkers provide solutions to the private educational institutions and to Government institutions to eradicate the problems in Indian educational institution and to raise the Indian university ratings at international level.
