Career Q's is a visionary project of LS GROUPS . It aims to train school children and college students to develop certain tools which improves the overall personality of a child. This stands apart from other personality development course , because here we train the students not only to enhance their IQ( Intelligence Quotient ) and EQ( Emotional Quotient) but also to develop various other tools like :

(i) CQ ( Curiosity Quotient), through which we train the students to absorb and develop interest in new subjects and create a hunger brain to acquire new knowledge. Through this training we motivate them to accept new challenges so that the students can innovate and easily find solution for complex problems.

(ii) AQ ( Adversity Quotient ), through which we help the children's to tackle and endure difficulties and challenges in life . This assist the students to think and find quick solutions for compounded problems too.

(iii) SQ ( Spiritual Quotient), through which we support to bring in, an inner growth of a child. As we all know both external and internal growth makes up our wholesome unit. When a child is trained in SQ he starts to acknowledge his morality and thinks what he could offer to humanity. This also helps to make him grow up as a person with integrity and probity .

           So through our Career Qs we train IQ, EQ, CQ, AQ, SQ and much more . These all quotients helps to develop the overall personality of a child , also makes him never give up until he reach his goal, even helps him to choose a better career which fits him and continuosly help him to grow and prosper irrespective of the difficulties he face in the field he choose and makes him as a successful leader.

           Nowadays our Indian railways also directs its officials to get trained in EI (Emotional Intelligence) to bring in better service delivery and to find solutions to problems in a balanced way and to manage stress.

           Coping with stressful or difficult situations and believing that one can manage or influence situations in a positive manner is the main aim of our project.This program also helps to achieve sustainable education in schooling and helps our country to achieve UN Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) No. 4.
